Processing Fee Charges for Other Additional Services
The Corporation shall charge processing fees for following services:
- Site Inspection: Processing fee shall be charged @ Rs 2,000/- per inspection for plots/sheds irrespective of their size in those cases where special inspection has been carried out for detection or verification of structural violation(s) or violation(s) of Terms and Conditions of allotment. Such processing fee shall be charged only from those allottees/transferees where, violation has been detected.
- Copy of Documents: Copy of allotment /transfer letter, building plan, mortgage permission and lease deed/conveyance deed is provided to the allottee/transferee on receipt of written request of the allottee/transferee, for which a fee of Rs 500/- per document is charged plus applicable Service Tax.
- Approval of Building plans: Processing Fee for approval of building plans as per the following rates plus applicable GST
