Investment Promotion

Govt. of Punjab, has undertaken the Investment Promotion Campaign to promote Punjab as preferred investment destination across India and Globe. Punjab Information & Communication Technology Corporation(PICTC) is the nodal agency responsible for overall coordination of the campaign.

As part of the Investment Promotion Campaign, Punjab Infotech in coordination with Invest Punjab organizes various outreach visits road-shows, mega events, conferences, G2B Conference Summits and one to one meetings within the country & abroad with existing as well as prospective investors to sensitize the investors regarding various policy initiatives, incentives and facilities being offered by Government of Punjab for facilitating the investment.

Four Progressive Punjab Investors Summits have been conducted successfully in 2013, 2015, 2019, 2021 and 2023 which saw the presence of leading industrialists, owners of business houses, VVIPs from India and abroad. The Summits were the land mark events for the State which showcased State strengths, initiatives’ and investor friendly culture to the existing and prospective investors.

Punjab Infotech provides support and coordination for all the activities related to Investment Promotion Campaign, majorly for the following:

• Providing coordination for organization of state based roadshows/events/summits/meetings etc.
• Designing and Printing of Promotional Materials such as State & Sector Brochures, Regional Profiles, Collaterals, Posters, Panels, Pamphlets, AVIs, CDs etc.
• Logistics Arrangements for the events.
• Engagement, Management and Coordination of Knowledge Partner, Institutional Partner, Travel Partner, Design Partner etc.
• Procurement of Gifts & Souvenirs for the delegates.
• Advertisements for Digital and Print Media.
• Preparation of quarterly newsletters and its circulation amongst stakeholders to showcase the State’s strengths and various activities undertaken by Invest Punjab to attract investment in Punjab.
• Social Media Management of Deptt of Industries and Commerce.
• Website Management of Invest Punjab website and Deptt of Ind and Commerce.
