Punjab Start-up Cell has been set up at Punjab Infotech under the Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Punjab. The cell is a single connect with Government departments where the Startup needs to implement their projects. The role of the cell is to highlight, amalgamate and disseminate the resources, funding mechanisms, investments, incentives available at a single portal for Startups in Punjab or Startups looking to relocate to Punjab.

Startup cell is the nodal agency for developing the Startup Ecosystem in Punjab by organizing/ supporting various activities like Bootcamps, Awareness sessions, Hackathons, Incubator Round table Masterclass and other related activities to encourage entrepreneurship.
