Punjab infotech has allotted Industrial plots at Phase VIII, Phase VIII-A, Phase IX Industrial Area, Mohali to develop the Electronics and Information Technology Industries in Mohali.

Dir/Industrial & Business Development/2017/1934 dated 21.12.2017, the entire services to allottees like Transfer of Plot, Permission to Mortgage, Permission to Rent out the space, Conversion of plots from Lease Hold to Free Hold are being provided by PSIEC, Allottees of Punjab Infotech need to contact PSIEC for the services related to their plots at Industrial Focal Points as mentioned above.
